Joe, I think your wide flanshes might be a tad undersized, unless you are providing a column at avery column line intersection (not ashown in plan)

yeah, i think the columns were turned off on the plan, but yes, i was thinking about 8x8 columns not sure what is the best route to go: with a flange or tube.
